A return to face to face teaching took place this month. All year groups will meet physically once a month from now on, either at the RUMC campus in Penang or our Subang office in KL. Southern trainees are still doing hybrid sessions but plan to start meeting again soon. There is strong evidence from research that learning is deeper when physically in the same space. It also improves collegiality and peers support. MInTFM is delighted to be able to return to this type of teaching and learning.
