Our first biannual scheme directing workshop took place in Tanjung Malim. The focus was on developing the teaching role of the Scheme Director. It was followed by a communication skills workshop attended by most of our third-year trainees as well as several of our current and incoming trainers. It was a great atmosphere of learning and everyone was delighted to be able to work physically together again.
